Italian Pancake Dunkers image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 cup pizza or spaghetti sauce
2 cups Original Bisquick® mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (2 ounces)
1/2 cup finely chopped pepperoni
1/4 cup finely chopped green bell peppers
2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
1 small tomato finely chopped (1/2 cup)

Steps:

  • 1. Heat pizza sauce until warm keep warm. spray griddle or 10-inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray heat griddle to 375° or heat skillet over medium heat.2. Stir Bisquick mix, milk and eggs in large bowl until blended. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon batter by tablespoonfuls onto hot friddle spread slightly.3. Cook pancake until dry around edges. Turn cook other sides until golden.
