This recipe was a bit too spicy for me, but my husband loved it. He said it was the best eggplant dish he's ever had.

I'm not a big fan of eggplant, but I actually really enjoyed this dish. The sauce was delicious and the eggplant was cooked perfectly. I would definitely make this again.

The eggplant rice was good, but I found the sauce to be a bit too sweet for my taste. I would recommend using less sugar next time.
