Number Of Ingredients 8

1 cup water
1/3 cup butter or 1/3 cup margarine
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
4 eggs
3/4 cup shredded swiss cheese (about 3 ounces) or 3/4 cup pizza cheese (about 3 ounces)
1 small onion, chopped (about 1/4 cup)

These onion cheese puffs are a bit too bland for my taste. I think I'll add some garlic and paprika next time.
