My husband and I created this recipe after we realized you could add anything to caramelized onions and it would taste great. These are easy to whip up, and the filling can be made ahead of time.-Lisa Harrington, Halifax, Nova Scotia

I'm not usually a fan of quesadillas, but these were amazing! The sausage and onion filling was so flavorful, and the cheese was melted and gooey. I will definitely be making these again.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my quesadillas didn't turn out as crispy as I would have liked. I think I might have cooked them for too long.

These quesadillas were a bit bland for my taste. I think I would have liked them more if I had added some extra seasoning to the sausage and onion filling.
