This salad was a bit too spicy for my liking, but I was able to tone it down by using less chili powder.

I'm not a big fan of jicama, but I really enjoyed this salad. The orange and dressing helped to balance out the jicama's flavor.

The dressing is a little too sweet for my taste, but I was able to easily adjust it by adding a bit more lime juice.
