Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line muffin pan with paper liners.
- 2. In large bowl, cream butter and sugar.
- 3. Add eggs, mix well.
- 4. Add in orange zest.
- 5. Mix in flour and baking powder, until well combined.
- 6. Add orange juice and milk, mixing until combined.
- 7. Fill muffin pan 3/4s full.
- 8. Bake 20 - 25 minutes.
- 9. Cool in pan 15 minutes.
- 10. Enjoy!
