Steps:
- 1. Place banana, yogurt and oatmeal into blender with a splash of apple juice and roughly blend (not completely blend) Add in ice 1/2 cup at a time till desired thickness and frozen segments pulsing to break up, then blend till smooth. Add juice to desired thickness. This will make one large smoothie with a bit to spare, or 2 smaller smoothies.
