Orange Tapioca Salad image

Long a family favorite, this is a salad even tapioca haters will love -- I should know ;)

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 pkg orange jello
2 pkg vanilla tapioca pudding
1/2 c orange juice
3 c water
2 can(s) mandarin oranges, drained
8 oz cool whip whipped topping

Steps:

  • 1. Put jello, pudding, orange juice and water in a large saucepan. Stir to combine, and bring to a boil on medium heat. Remove from heat. Cool.
  • 2. Gently stir in mandarin oranges.
  • 3. Fold in whipped topping.
  • 4. Chill thoroughly.
