ORANGE TAPIOCA SALAD image

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 3 oz packages lemon jello
1 C. water, boiling
2 3 oz packages tapioca pudding
2 C. milk
1 can fruit cocktail (15 oz)
1 can pineapple (20 oz)
1 can mandarin oranges
1 pint heavy cream, whipped

Steps:

  • Drain juice from the fruit and reserve 1 cup. Mix the jello and the water. Add the juice. Mix pudding with 2 C. milk and cook until thick.. Mix jello and pudding. Add fruit and cream.
