1 Tbsp olive oil
6 clove garlic, peeled and thinly sliced
1/2 c orzo pasta, uncooked

This is a great recipe! I've made it several times now and it always turns out delicious. The garlic and herbs give it a really nice flavor. I usually serve it as a side dish with chicken or fish, but it's also good on its own.
