I love that this recipe uses cornstarch instead of flour. It makes the fries extra crispy.

The fries didn't get as crispy as I would have liked. I think I might try baking them at a higher temperature next time.

These fries were a bit too oily for my taste. I think I would reduce the amount of oil next time.

I was a bit skeptical about how well these fries would turn out, but I was pleasantly surprised. They were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. I will definitely be making these again.

These fries are so easy to make and they taste just as good as fries from a restaurant. I love that I can make them at home and control the ingredients.

I've tried many oven-baked fries recipes before, but this one is by far the best. The secret is in the cornstarch coating. It gives the fries an extra crispy texture that you can't get from just using flour.

These fries turned out perfectly crispy and golden brown. I followed the recipe exactly and they were a hit with my family. They were so good that they disappeared in minutes!
