- 1. Scrub the potatoes, but do not peel them. Cut into 1/2-inch slices. 2. Place the potatoes and all of the remaining ingredients in a large plastic bag, seal, and shake until the slices are well coated. 3. Arrange the potatoes in a single layer on a shallow baking pan, and bake in a preheated 425°F oven for about 15 minutes, or until browned. Turn the slices and bake for another 15 minutes, or until the second side is browned. Serve hot.
