I'm not a huge fan of eggs, but I loved this pie. The eggs were light and fluffy, and they didn't overpower the other flavors.

I didn't have any bacon on hand, so I used sausage instead. It turned out great! The sausage added a nice savory flavor to the pie.

This pie was a little too eggy for my taste. I think I would reduce the amount of eggs next time. Otherwise, it was a delicious and easy recipe.
