Steps:
- Cream mayonaise into cheese and add spices. Spread on a greased wax paper sheet (use vegetable oil). Make a 1/2 inch thick rectangle. Cool two hours in the fridge. Mash oysters with a fork. Spread over cheese keeping 1/4 inch away from the edge. Roll and serve with crackers. NOTE: Rolling the cold cream cheese can be tricky. It sometimes begins to crack. If this happens, warm it up a bit and proceed.
