1 1/4 teaspoons salt-free creole seasoning, divided (such as Tony Chachere's)
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup nonfat milk

The shrimp were a bit overcooked. I would recommend cooking them for a shorter amount of time.

The Creole mayonnaise was a bit too spicy for me. I would have preferred a milder sauce.

This dish was a bit too oily for my taste. I think I'll try baking the shrimp next time.

I used panko breadcrumbs instead of regular breadcrumbs. It gave the shrimp a nice crispy coating.

The shrimp were cooked perfectly. They were tender and juicy on the inside, and crispy on the outside.
