Delicious Panettone Bread Pudding for a wonderful Christmas dessert.

Steps:
- 1. Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- 2. Cut Panettone bread into 1 inch cubes. Spread out the cubes evenly in the baking dish.
- 3. In a large bowl whisk the eggs, heavy whipping cream, milk, orange juice and sugar until well incorporated. Pour the custard over the bread. Lightly press the bread to submerge. Let it stand for 30 minutes, occasionally pressing the cubes into the custard. Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the top and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven until set in the middle, about 45 minutes.
