Number Of Ingredients 4

1 16 oz. Can fat-free, low sodium chicken broth
1 cup couscous
2 tbsp. Grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. Chopped fresh parsley

Steps:

  • Bring broth to a boil, stir in 1 c. Couscous, remove from heat..cover and let stand 5 min. Fluff with a fork. Stir in cheese and parsley.
