Parmesan Potato Wedges image

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon paprika
4 medium baking potatoes (about 8 ounces each)
Cooking spray

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°. Mix first 5 ingredients., Cut each potato lengthwise into 8 wedges; place in a parchment-lined 15x10x1-in. pan. Spritz with cooking spray; sprinkle with cheese mixture. Bake until tender, about 30 minutes.

I'm not a huge fan of potato wedges, but these were pretty good. They were crispy and well-seasoned, and the Parmesan cheese added a nice touch. I would definitely make these again.
