This potato kugel is a great way to use up leftover mashed potatoes. It's also a great dish to make for a brunch or potluck.

This potato kugel is a classic Passover dish. It's easy to make and always a crowd-pleaser. I usually add some chopped onion and garlic to the potatoes for extra flavor.

This recipe is a keeper! I've made it several times and it always turns out perfectly. The potatoes are crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. The cheese and onion add a nice flavor. I usually serve it with sour cream and applesauce

I tried this recipe and it was a disaster! The potatoes were not cooked all the way through and the cheese was rubbery. I would not recommend this recipe.

This potato kugel was a bit bland for my taste. I think it could have used more seasoning. However, it was easy to make and the potatoes were cooked perfectly.
