I was really disappointed with this recipe. The sauce was bland and the sausage was dry. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what went wrong.

This pasta dish was a bit too spicy for my taste, but my husband loved it. He said it was the perfect amount of heat. I think next time I'll use mild sausage instead of spicy.

I'm not a big fan of sausage, but this dish was surprisingly good. The sweet peppers and sauce really balanced out the flavor of the sausage. I would definitely make this again.
