I'm not sure if I did something wrong, but my PB&J turned out really dry. I think I might have used too much almond butter.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover almond butter. It's also a fun and easy snack to make with kids.

I'm not a huge fan of almond butter, but I was pleasantly surprised by how well it worked in this recipe. The jelly was also very good. Overall, I thought this was a great paleo-friendly PB&J.

The paleo PB&J was a bit too dry for my taste. I think next time I'll add a little bit of honey or maple syrup to the jelly to make it more spreadable.

This paleo-friendly PB&J was a real treat! The almond butter and homemade jelly were a delicious and healthy alternative to traditional peanut butter and jelly. I'll definitely be making this again!
