1 peach (peeled, pitted and sliced)
1/2 banana
1 teaspoon green tea leaves
1/2 cup ice (crushed)
1/4 teaspoon ginger (minced)
1 tablespoon honey

Steps:

  • Brew green tea in 1/2 cup water, heated to 180degrees for 4 min., remove leaves, let cool.
  • Blend ice,peach,banana, honey and ginger until smooth.
  • Right before serving stir in green tea; serve immediately.
