Peach Apple Salsa image

1 cup diced peaches
½ cup diced apple
½ cup diced avocado
½ cup diced tomato
⅓ cup chopped green onion
¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Mix peaches, apple, avocado, tomato, green onion, cilantro, lemon juice, olive oil, sesame oil, cumin, jalapeno pepper, salt, and black pepper together in a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for flavors to blend, at least 3 hours.
