Steps:
- 1. Place peaches in an 8 x 8 " baking pan. Add lemon zest.
- 2. In a small bowl, crumble pie crust mix and brown sugar together; mix well.
- 3. Sprinkle brown sugar mixture evenly over peaches and dot with butter.
- 4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
