4 cups whole milk
2 cups peaches
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup egg substitute

Steps:

  • Heat milk and add eggs.
  • Cook until thickened--about 6 to 8 minutes.
  • Add pureed peaches, lemon juice, and 1/4 c sugar.
  • Add peach mixture to milk base.
  • Refrigerate at least two hours.
  • Freeze in an ice cream maker per instructions.
