Peach Paradise (Smoothie) image

If you like peaches, you will love this smoothie! You can use whatever kind of milk you like - skim works great with this too. This recipe if from the Dairy Farmers of Canada. Enjoy!

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 cup 1% low-fat milk
3/4 cup vanilla yogurt (nonfat is great!)
2 cups peaches, sliced, frozen or fresh
1 handful of crushed ice (about 4 ice cubes)

Steps:

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth.
