Peanut Butter and Banana Frozen Yogurt with Chocolate Chunks image

Came up with this recipe myself. Great summertime treat for everyone. When ready to eat, thaw for 30 to 45 seconds in the microwave.

2 cups vanilla yogurt (such as Dannon® Light and Fit®)
2 large bananas, broken into chunks
½ cup natural peanut butter (such as Skippy® Natural), or more to taste
1 (4 ounce) bar milk chocolate candy bar (such as Hershey's®), chopped into chunks

Steps:

  • Blend yogurt and bananas together in a blender until smooth. Add peanut butter and blend until smooth.
  • Pour yogurt mixture into your ice cream maker and process according to manufacturers' instructions to solidify the mixture, 15 to 20 minutes. Add the chocolate chunks and process 2 to 3 minutes more. Transfer frozen yogurt to a container and freeze, at least 2 hours.
