Peanut Butter Protein Bars image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 1/2 cups quick cooking oats
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup applesauce
1/4 cup chocolate protein powder
2 Tablespoons chia seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients until well combined.
  • Press mixture into lightly greased 9 x 9 inch pan and refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until firm.
  • Cut with a knife into 2 x 3 inch bars.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 10 days, or freeze them for up to 30 days in freezer safe bags or containers.
