This is one of my favorite recipes, it´s 100% mexican, family meal and traditional. You need to eat this delicious dish with fresh hand made corn tortillas. (I owe you the photos, I couldn´t find them)

Steps:
- 1. Place in the blender: ancho chile, guajillo chile, tomatoes, onion, garlic, all the spices and peanuts. You´ll see a thick sauce. If it looks difficult to blend, add a bit of chicken broth or water.
- 2. In a casserole, put some vegetable oil and add the sauce, it has to be thick and smooth, add water or chicken broth as needed (if so), and bring it to boil.
- 3. Add the cooked chicken pieces in the sauce, and let them season for 5 minutes while the sauce is boiling.
- 4. You can serve the chicken with white rice.
