Steps:
- 1. Cut pockets in each pork chop. Mix croutons, peanuts, onion, parskey and chili pepper in bowl. Mix butter, water and salt. Pour over crouton mixture. Stuff pork chop pockets with c mixture.
- 2. Hear jelly and lemon juice to boiling. stirring constantly. Preheat oven 375 degrees. Bake 1 hour covered with foil. Then 30 minutes uncovered. Brushing with jelly mixture 2 or 3 times during last 30 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
