Found this in an add from the local food co-op today. Knowing how DH tosses out adds thought I had better post for safe keeping.

I used a different type of cheese because I didn't have brie on hand and they still turned out great.

I wasn't sure how I would feel about the combination of pear and brie, but it was actually really good. The sweetness of the pear balanced out the sharpness of the brie perfectly.

I love that these quesadillas are a bit different than your average quesadilla. The pear and brie add a touch of sweetness and creaminess, while the jalapeno adds a bit of spice.
