Steps:
- 1. Sauté celery and carrots in the butter and olive oil until celery softens. Add the water and mint leaves and simmer about 10 minutes until carrots are cooked.
- 2. Add peas, cover, and steam over low heat until peas are done to your liking. Add salt to taste. Stir well before serving.
