Peas With Shallots and Pancetta image

My family really liked this recipe. When I made this recipe I cut the recipe in half. I also used onions and garlic as shallots are very pricey. I got this recipe from Food Network it's a Bobby Flay recipe from Throwdown with Bobby Flay.

I'm not a big fan of peas, but I really enjoyed this dish. The shallots and pancetta added a lot of flavor and made the peas more palatable.

This dish was a hit with my family! The peas were tender and flavorful, the shallots added a nice sweetness, and the pancetta gave it a smoky, savory flavor. I will definitely be making this again.
