PECAN BALLS
Steps:
- Mix all ingredients together, except for Icing Sugar. Work mixture with hands until it holds its shape together nicely. Pinch off pieces the size of a small walnut. Roll into a ball and flatten top. Put whole pecan on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Roll in Icing Sugar while still warm.
