Pecan Pie image

3 eggs, well beaten
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup pecans
1 tablespoon flour

Steps:

  • Beat eggs.
  • Add sugar and Karo syrup and beat well.
  • Add salt and vanilla and beat well.
  • Coat pecans with flour, and stir them into mixture.
  • Pour in pie shell and bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes. It will look puffy when done.
