Pecan Topped Sweet Potato Apple Bake image

1 can (29 ounces) sweet potatoes, drained
1 can (21 ounces) apple pie filling
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
TOPPING:
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup chopped pecans
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons butter, melted

Steps:

  • Cut sweet potatoes into thin slices. In a large bowl, combine the sweet potatoes, pie filling, butter and cinnamon. Transfer to a greased 1-1/2-qt. baking dish., In a small bowl, combine the topping ingredients; sprinkle over top. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly.
