I'm not usually a fan of caramel, but these bars are an exception. The caramel is so rich and flavorful, and it pairs perfectly with the chocolate and pecans.

These pecan turtle bars are the perfect combination of sweet and salty. The shortbread crust is buttery and crumbly, the caramel layer is rich and gooey, and the chocolate ganache is decadent and smooth. I highly recommend this recipe!
