Pepper Biscuit Pull-Apart image

Number Of Ingredients 10

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt, if desired
1/4 teaspoon dried basil leaves, crushed
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed
1 (12-ounce) can flaky refrigerated biscuit
4 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
1/4 cup chopped green bell peppers
1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/4 cup (1 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons grated Romano cheese or Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F. In small bowl, combine garlic powder, salt, basil and oregano blend well. Set aside.Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Place 1 biscuit in center of ungreased cookie sheet. Arrange remaining biscuits in circle, edges slightly overlapping, around center biscuit. Gently press out to 10-inch circle. Brush with olive oil top with bell peppers and cheeses. Sprinkle garlic powder mixture over top. Bake at 400°F. for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
