Pepper Jack Broccoli Casserole image

I just found this recipe in an older cookbook, and it really caught my attention. I love pepper jack cheese, so I can't wait to try this one! It's definitely not the same old broccoli and cheese that we eat most of the time.

I'm not a big fan of broccoli, but I really enjoyed this casserole. The cheese sauce was so good that it made me forget all about the broccoli.

The cheese sauce was too thick for my liking. I'll try thinning it out with some milk next time.

This casserole was a bit bland for my taste. I think I'll add some more spices next time.

This casserole was easy to make and turned out delicious. I used sharp cheddar cheese instead of pepper jack and it was still very flavorful.
