I'm not a big fan of asparagus, but I really enjoyed this dish. The ricotta cheese and red peppers helped to balance out the flavor of the asparagus.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover ricotta cheese. I always have some leftover after making lasagna, and this is a delicious way to use it up.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my dish turned out really dry. I think I might have overcooked the pasta. Other than that, the flavors were good.

This dish was a bit too rich for me. The ricotta cheese made the sauce very heavy. I think I would have liked it better with a lighter sauce, such as a tomato sauce.

This recipe was a bit too bland for my taste. I think it could have used some more garlic or red pepper flakes. Otherwise, it was a good basic pasta dish.

I love this recipe! It's so easy to make and always turns out great. I often add some sun-dried tomatoes or artichoke hearts for a little extra flavor.

This was an easy and delicious recipe. I used whole wheat pasta and added some grilled chicken to make it a more complete meal. The ricotta cheese and red peppers gave the dish a nice creamy and flavorful sauce.
