I Got This Recipe From My Daughter Grandmother . She Makes her sauce From Scratch Being Italian She Can Do That . But I Tweeked Her Recipe and Added Some stuff To make One Delicious baked Ziti ...Yummy

Steps:
- 1. Boil Pasta Follow Instructions On Box ( Set Aside )
- 2. Cook Up Your Meat And The Drain Access Fat . (Set Aside)
- 3. Start Sauce By Heating Minced Garlic In Pan W/ 2 teaspoons of olive oil .
- 4. Pour in Sauce And Add In Italian Seasonings
- 5. Let Simmer For About 10 mins
- 6. Heat Oven To 350
- 7. In A Large Mixing Bowl Combine Meat , Pasta , Ricotta Cheese & 1/2 lb Of Mozzarella Cheese . Mix Well
- 8. Then add In Half Of Your Sauce Mixture . Mix Well And Pour Into Your Pan .
- 9. Use The Remainder Of The Mozzarella Cheese To Cover Your Pasta . Add Bread Crumbs For a Great Cheesy Crunch To The Dish
- 10. Cook For 1hr to 1hr and 45 mins depending on your over or until the cheese has formed a nice caramel brown color to it . Remove from oven let cool . Prepare Your Salads And Or garlic Bread And Enjoy with A Great Glass Of Red Wine ... Or a Nice Cold Glass Of Southern Tea
