Persimmon Cookies image

Moist and delicious fall cookie.

Number Of Ingredients 13

1 c persimmon pulp
1/2 c margarine
1 egg
1 c sugar
1/4 c brown sugar
2 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 c chopped walnuts
1/2 c raisins

Steps:

  • 1. Cream first 5 ingredients, until fluffy. Add sifted dry ingredients. Mix in nuts and raisins.
  • 2. Bake 375 degrees for 10-12 min.
