1 cup rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup water
3/4 cup granulated sugar
Pinch of salt
2 sliced cucumbers
1/2 teaspoon peeled and grated ginger
1 sliced red onion

Steps:

  • Blend all ingredients until sugar dissolves. Chill.
