Pickled Mushrooms image

Great recipe to use as a relish side dish. Easy and you can make ahead.

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 jar(s) 4 oz. each button mushrooms, drained
1/3 c red wine vinegar
1 bunch green onions, sliced thin
1 tsp prepared mustard
1/3 c salad oil
1 tsp salt
2 tsp dried parsley
1 Tbsp brown sugar, firmly packed

Steps:

  • 1. In small pan bring all ingredients, except mushrooms, to a boil 6 to 8 minutes. Add mushrooms. Put in covered bowl; refrigerate overnight.
