1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup carrot, grated
1 cup crushed pineapple

Steps:

  • Mix in order given and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
  • You can use paper lined muffin cups, if you wish.
