I MAKE THIS WENEVER I MAKE A HAM...SOMETHING ABOUT THE SALTY N SWEET PAIRN TOGETHER ....MMMMM GOOD :)

Number Of Ingredients 6

3/4 c sugar
6 Tbsp flour
2 c cheddar cheese, shredded
2 can(s) pineapple chunks, drained ( 6 tblsp reserved) 20 0z cans
2 c ritz crackers (crushed)
8 Tbsp butter, melted (1 stick)

Steps:

  • 1. IN A LARGE BOWL STIR TOGETHER SUGAR N FLOUR THEN MIX IN CHEDDAR CHEESE.
  • 2. ADD THE DRAINED PINEAPPLE CHUNKS N POUR MIXTURE INTO CASSEROLE DISH 9X13 (OR SIMILAR)
  • 3. IN ANOTHER MEDIUM BOWL MIX CRUMBS, MELTD BUTTER N RESERVED JUICE THEN SCATTER ONTOP OF CASSEROLE. BAKE IN PREHEATED 350 OVEN FOR 25-30 MINUTES N.......ENJOY :)
