I'm not a big fan of spicy food, but I found this chutney to be just the right amount of spicy. It's definitely got a kick, but it's not overpowering.

This chutney is a great make-ahead dish. I like to make a big batch and then keep it in the fridge for whenever I need it.

I had some trouble finding fresh pineapple, so I used canned pineapple instead. It still turned out great!

I found this chutney to be a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I'll try reducing the amount of sugar next time.

This chutney is a great way to use up leftover pineapple. I always have a few extra pineapples lying around, and this is a great way to use them up.
