Pineapple-Coconut Smoothie image

1 cup (8 ounces) frozen mango chunks
1/2 cup unsweetened finely shredded coconut
3 pitted dates
3 cups coconut milk

Steps:

  • Pulse all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately.
