Cheesecake is my favorite dessert and I also love pineapple so with the combination of the two ingredients and the simplicity of this recipe, it is a dish I like to take to any get together.

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 graham cracker crust
1/2 c sugar
20 oz crushed pineapple, drained
8 oz cool whip

Steps:

  • 1. Mix cream cheese and sugar well; blend in pineapple and then Cool Whip. Pour into graham cracker crust and chill for several hours. ENJOY!
