Number Of Ingredients 5

1 can curshed pineapple
1 stick butter
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
5 slices white bread

Steps:

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 Drain Pineapple Cube bread Cream the butter and sugar together with mixer. Add eggs (1 at a time) Fold in cubed bread and drained pineapple (w/ spoon or spatula) Put in greased 1.5 quart casserole dish w/ high sides Bake uncovered for 1 hour.
